Things I'm loving at the moment:

• Hemp Oil  - it is so deliciously nutty and adds an extra element to anything you make! I've glugged it into bread doughs, salad dressings and just today I drizzled hemp oil over sliced chicken breasts mixed with chunks of fresh garlic, pitted kalamata olives and needles of organic rosemary.  The smell whafting through the house was just incredible and everyone was drooling! The oil is made from hemp seeds (doh!) which are naturally rich in omega 3 - good for the skin! • Lady Antebellum - I love a lil bit of country music.  This band is amazing! Just love the vocals :) I demand that you buy their album - it's a piece of musical heaven! 

• Pinterest - What a fabulous website filled of pretty things and its oozing with inspiration!
